Minted Sugar Snaps

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Snap peas 1 Pound, strings removed
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Loosely packed fresh mint leaves 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped
  Freshly grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly grated lime peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In nonstick 12-inch skillet, heat butter, salt, and pepper over medium heat until butter has melted.
Add snap peas and cook, stirring, until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add garlic, mint, and lemon and lime peels; toss well.
