Minted Sugar Snaps

|Coarsely ground black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Snap peas||1 Pound, strings removed|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Loosely packed fresh mint leaves||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped|
|Freshly grated lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly grated lime peel||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In nonstick 12-inch skillet, heat butter, salt, and pepper over medium heat until butter has melted.
Add snap peas and cook, stirring, until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add garlic, mint, and lemon and lime peels; toss well.
