Brown Sugar Meringue

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2 (Left Over From Cake)
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Beat egg whites until frothy.
Gradually beat in brown sugar and lemon juice.
Continue beating until stiff and glossy.
Spread on hot cake.
Mark meringue into thirds across the cake.
Sprinkle 1/3 with nuts, 1/3 with coconut and 1/3 with a mixture of 1 tbsp.sugar and cinnamon.
Return cake to oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes until meringue is browned.
