Ingredients
  Sugar 250 Gram
  30% sugar syrup 100 Centigram
  Water 100 Gram
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and boil until caramel in colour.
While the mixture is still liquid, use a fork to make fine strings and place on baking paper.
Use the hardened caramelised strings to decorate (around) the egg white cake
