Cinnamon Sugar Crisps

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finley chopped
Directions

Stir together flour, cinnamon, and salt. In a large mixer bowl beat butter or margarine till softened. Add sugar and brown sugar and beat till fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Add flour mixture and beat till well mixed. Cover and chill about 30 minutes or till easy to handle.
• Shape into a 12-inch roll. Roll in nuts to coat. Wrap and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes or till done. Remove and cool
