Coconut Bonbons

Ingredients
  Light corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Large marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded coconut 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt marshmallows in corn syrup in top of double boiler.
Stir in vanilla and coconut.
Form into 1/2-inch balls.
Dip into fondant.
