This is a childishly simple sugar syrup recipe. Made with sugar and water, the syrup is prepared by boiling. Used as an ingredient for desserts or as a simple topping, the sugar syrup can also be used as a base for other syrups.
Ingredients
  Sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Boil sugar and water together for ten minutes.
Pour into clean hot jars and seal.
This sirup may be kept on hand and used as needed.
