Ham Succotash

Ingredients
  Ham fat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Fresh lima beans 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Ears of corn 2 Large
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Brown the ham fat in cooker.
Cut corn from cob, add to cooker with all ingredients except milk.
Pressure cook at 15 lbs.pressure for 3 to 5 minutes.
Reduce pressure.
Add milk and heat.
