|Ham fat||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced|
|Fresh lima beans||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Ears of corn||2 Large|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Brown the ham fat in cooker.
Cut corn from cob, add to cooker with all ingredients except milk.
Pressure cook at 15 lbs.pressure for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add milk and heat.
