|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Green bell pepper||1 , seeded and diced|
|Potatoes||2 Medium, cooked, peeled and diced|
|Lima beans||2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh / frozen)|
|Corn kernels||2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh / frozen / canned)|
|Chopped tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs) (fresh / low sodium canned)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Heat water in a large, heavy pot over medium heat.
Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add more liquid if necessary during this process.
Add green pepper.
Cook and stir for 5 more minutes, adding liquid if necessary.
Add the potatoes, lima beans, corn, tomatoes, paprika, and black pepper.
Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
