Ingredients
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Bell pepper 1 Medium, finely chopped (Green Or Red)
  Corn kernels 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh, Frozen Or Canned)
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen lima beans 2 Cup (32 tbs), Defrosted
Directions

1. Place water, corn, lima beans, green or red pepper, and white pepper in a microwave-safe casserole.
Cover with vented plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on high for 8 minutes.
3. Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.
