Pumpkin Succotash

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4 , chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped
  Green pepper 1 , seeded and finely chopped
  Pumpkin 3 Cup (48 tbs), peeled, seeded , cut in 3/4-inch cubes
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Sliced green beans 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Uncooked)
  Frozen whole kernel corn 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a frying pan and fry the bacon in it until crisp.
2.Once done, drain and keep aside.
3.Put 1/4 cup of the drippings in the frying pan and put onion, garlic, green pepper and pumpkin to it.
4.Stir the ingredients for 5 minutes.
5.Add beans, tomatoes, corn , salt and pepper.
6.Put the lid on and let the ingredients simmer until pumpkin softens.

SERVING
7.Serve the succotash topped with bacon.
