|Corn||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut off cob|
|Green lima beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green pepper||3 Tablespoon, shredded|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Sea salt||To Taste (as desired)|
|Red crushed pepper||To Taste (as desired)|
1) In a bowl mix corn, lima beans, green pepper and onion with oil and seasonings.
2) Transfer into a pan and stir constantly over very low heat until warm.
3) Serve warm.
