|Lima beans||1 Pound (2 Cups)|
|Corn||4 Cup (64 tbs), cut from cob (About 8 Ears)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In boiling salted water, cook the beans for about 15 minutes or till they have almost tendered. Drain the cooked beans.
2) Add the butter, whipping cream, corn and salt and pepper to taste. Mix properly.
3) Cook over low flame for 7 to 10 minutes to till the corn is properly cooked.
4) Serve hot.
