Two Bean Succotash With Pork Cubes

Ingredients
  Salt pork 1⁄4 Pound, cubed
  Green beans 1⁄2 Pound
  Ears of corn 5
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Slowly fry cubed pork until well browned and done.
Cook cut green beans and Lima beans in small amount of boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.
Add corn cut from ears and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cream, salt, and pepper.
Heat gently.
Serve topped with crisp pork.
