Succotash

Ingredients
  Fresh lima beans 2 1⁄2 Pound, shelled
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corn cobs 5 , scraped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Fresh pepper To Taste
Directions

Drop lima beans in boiling water to cover.
Cook until tender, 10-15 minutes, depending on size.
Drain.
Return to pan.
Add milk, salt, pepper, and corn.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add butter and stir well.
