Broccoli Corn Succotash

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Pound, sliced
  Canned cream style corn 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Eggs 2
  Whole wheat bread slice 3
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook broccoli.
Drain well.
Toast bread.
In 3 qt glass casserole combine broccoli, corn, eggs, 2 slices cubed toast, salt and pepper.
Crush 1 toast slice and sprinkle over top.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Microwave (high) 6-8 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Rest, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
