Snow Pea Succotash

Snow Pea Succotash is mildly spicy and also proves to be great for entertaining your guests or family. It has been years now since I have started too make this Snow Pea Succotash dish at home. Truly tasty!
|Butter||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Snow peas||375 Milliliter, diagonally cut (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Corn kernels||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Sweet red pepper||60 Milliliter, julienned (1/4 Cup)|
|Parsley||15 Milliliter, chopped (1 Tablespoon)|
– In a skillet, melt butter and saute snow peas for 3 minutes.
– Add corn kernels and peppers, season with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
– Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
