Anjum Anand

Anjum Anand is British born Indian food writer-cum-TV chef presenting Indian cuisine, who is considered among the first food writers to have created healthy versions of Indian recipes, which makes Anjum Anand recipes quite popular all over the world. The celebrity chef is of Scottish-Indian origin, who, was raised in London, although she has studied and lived in Madrid, Paris as well as Geneva.
