Old English Fish
|Whole fish||16 Ounce (4 Portions / Whole Ones)|
|Onions||3 Small, sliced|
|Apples||2 , chopped|
|Cider||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the fish and put into a greased ovenproof dish.
Place all the onions and apples, over the top of the fish and pour over the cider and bay Jeaves.
Bake in a moderate oven 375Â°F (190Â°C) for about 30 minutes if fillets and 35 minutes if whole fish, or until done, is dish is suitable for trout, whiting and mackerel.
