Ingredients
  Canned english peas 1 Pound, chilled (1 can)
  Chopped sweet pickles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained
  Chopped pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Mix ingredients.
Serve on a lettuce leaf.
