Cheese Scrambled Eggs
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese slices||4 (or swiss cheese slices)|
Place butter in shallow 2-quart casserole.
Microwave on HIGH until butter is melted.
Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Beat with fork to scramble.
Microwave 4 to 5 minutes on HIGH, or until eggs are almost set but very soft, stirring once.
Top with cheese.
Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute on HIGH, or until cheese is softened.
