English Parsley Sauce

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 2
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Mix flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg in small saucepan.
Beat egg yolks and broth until blended; stir into flour mixture.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir 1 minute.
Remove from heat; stir in butter and parsley.
