Old English Cheesecake

Ingredients
  Prepared short crust pastry 1
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Superfine sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
  Light cream 2 Tablespoon
  Ground allspice 1 Pinch
  Seedless raisins 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Line an 8-inch tart pan with the pastry andbake blind at 400°F for 25 minutes.
Leave to cool.
Cut the butter into pieces and mix with the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, brandy, cream and spice until smooth .
Stir in the raisins and put into the tart shell.
Bake at 325 °F for 40 minutes.
Serve cold.
