Old English Cheesecake
|Prepared short crust pastry||1|
|Cottage cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Superfine sugar||6 Tablespoon|
|Light cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground allspice||1 Pinch|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Line an 8-inch tart pan with the pastry andbake blind at 400Â°F for 25 minutes.
Leave to cool.
Cut the butter into pieces and mix with the cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, brandy, cream and spice until smooth .
Stir in the raisins and put into the tart shell.
Bake at 325 Â°F for 40 minutes.
