|Chopped pimiento stuffed olives||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green onions||3 , chopped (With Tops)|
|Shredded monterey jack cheese||3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wheat english muffins||8 , split|
Combine first 6 ingredients; cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
Spread cut side of each muffin half with 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture.
Place muffins on cookie sheet, and bake at 400Â° for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly.
Cut each muffin half into 4 wedges, and serve warm.
