Yorkshire Pudding, Custard Type

Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into well-buttered pan, or preferably into a pan containing meat drippings (about 1/4 cup drippings from a beef roast is ideal). Bake about 40 minutes, or until puffy and brown. Cut in squares; serve with beef gravy.
