Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Tofu 1 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Unbleached flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Pour the tofu mixture slowly into the baking dish. DO NOT STIR.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve immediately.
