Ingredients
  Buttered bread 8 Ounce, cubed
  Sultanas 4 Ounce
  Whole milk 1 Pint
  Egg 3 Large
  Demerara sugar 1 Ounce
  Mixed spice/Cinammon 1 Teaspoon
  Castor sugar 3 Ounce
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 325F.
2. In a baking dish, place the bread and sultanas, egg, sugar and milk, allow to soak for about 20 minutes.

MAKING
3. Sprinkle demerara sugar and mixed spice.
4. Bake at 325F for 50 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve with or without topping.
