Quickie Sugar Fudge

Ingredients
  Powdered sugar 1 Pound
  Cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Butter 1⁄4 Pound
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In 1 qt. glass casserole, add powdered sugar, cocoa, milk, salt and butter.
2. Microwave at high for 2 minutes and stir evenly.
3. Add vanilla and nuts, blending well.
4. Line a pie plate with wax paper, pour fudge into plate and chill until firm.

SERVING
5. Serve the pie with garnish as desired.
