Maple Sugar Fudge

Yummy fudge can be just the way to end a beautiful meal. Fudge is an easy to make dessert, unlike what it is made out to be. Try this maple sugar fudge recipe and discover a new twist to the classic, traditional fudge. Enjoy
  Maple syrup 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Half and half 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), coarsley chopped

Combine syrups and half and half in saucepan; bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
Continue cooking without stirring to soft-ball stage.
Remove from heat; cool to lukewarm.
Beat until mixture is thickened and loses gloss.
Add vanilla and nuts; pour immediately into buttered 8-inch square pan.
Cool; cut into squares
