|Eggs||2 , separated|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Melted butter||3 Tablespoon|
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Beat egg yolks and beat in sugar.
Add dry ingredients alternately with the milk, and stir in melted butter.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
Bake in greased 9-inch pan at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
Turn out and cut into squares.
