Scrambled Eggs With Cheese And Wine

Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Shredded gruyere cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Butter 4 Tablespoon, softened
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
Take a saucepan, put wine and garlic in it and heat for 15 minutes until the garlic is tender and wine gets reduced to half.
Once done, strain the liquid and allow it to settle at room temperature.
Whisk the eggs along with cheese, butter, reduced wine, salt and pepper,
Put the mixture in a pan and cook on low falme until the egg is firm.
Once set, turn off the flame and continue to stir for two more minutes.

SERVING
Serve warm with breads.
