New England Corn Chowder

|Salt pork slices||3|
|Soda crackers||6 Large|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Corn/Canned corn||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Brown salt pork in large saucepan.
Add onion; cook until tender and lightly browned.
Add potatoes and 2 cups water; cook until potatoes are tender.
Soak crackers in milk; add to potato mixture.
Add corn, salt and pepper; heat to boiling.
