New England Corn Chowder

Ingredients
  Salt pork slices 3
  Onion 1 Medium
  Potatoes 4 Medium
  Soda crackers 6 Large
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Corn/Canned corn 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown salt pork in large saucepan.
Add onion; cook until tender and lightly browned.
Add potatoes and 2 cups water; cook until potatoes are tender.
Soak crackers in milk; add to potato mixture.
Add corn, salt and pepper; heat to boiling.
