Ingredients
  Apples 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onions 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Green tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Pound
  Prunes 1⁄2 Pound
  Vinegar 1 Quart
  Sugar 1 Pound
  Salt 2 Ounce
  Ground ginger 1 Ounce
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Ounce
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Ounce
  Mustard seed 2 Ounce
Directions

Core and peel apples.
Chop apples, onions, tomatoes, raisins and prunes coarsely.
Combine fruits and vegetables with vinegar and seasonings.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 4 hours.
