New York Strip Steak

Ingredients
  Red onions 2 Large, sliced
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 4 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 4 Teaspoon
  Red table wine 4 Tablespoon
  New york strip steak 6 Pound
Directions

MAKING
1) On a piece of aluminum foil, place half the quantity of onions
2) Dot them with ½ cup of butter, and then season with salt, pepper and mustard
3) Pour the Worcestershire sauce over the mixture
4) Pour 2 tablespoons of wine on one side of the steak and then turn to pour some more wine on the other side
5) Place the steak atop the onion
6) Fold to close the foil and seal the ends
7) On a hot grill, cook the steak for 45 minutes
8) Take out the meat from the foil and place over a charcoal for about 8 minutes on each side
9) Serve with onions and juice in a bowl

SERVING
10) Serve warm
