Healthy Yorkshire Pudding

This delicious Yorkshire pudding is made in the traditional English style. Try it out to go with a Sunday Roast dinner!
Ingredients
  Soya flour 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Ounce
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (to make a stiff batter)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon (for baking)
Directions

Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix to a stiff batter with milk.
Heat oil in baking tin and when hot, pour in the batter.
Bake in a hot oven for 20 — 25 minutes.
