Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cake flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 6 Tablespoon (At Room Temperature)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 4°F.
Cover 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together all-purpose flour, cake flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Blend in butter; stir in raisins.
Add milk; stir until well mixed.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to a 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with a 2-inch cookie cutter.
Place scones on prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 15 minutes or until light brown.
Split scones and serve warm with butter and jam.
