Traditional Yorkshire Pudding
|Sifted flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Eggs||3 , well beaten|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Hot beef drippings||3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs)|
1. Sift the flour, mix with the salt, add the eggs and milk gradually and beat with a rotary beater until smooth and lumpless.
2. Pour 3/8 cup of drippings from the roast beef into a shallow pan. Pour the batter over the drippings.
3. Bake in Moderately Hot oven, 400° F., 20 to 30 minutes.
4. Cut in squares and serve with the roast.
