|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot beef fat and drippings||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Set 4 custard cups in moderate oven (350°F.) to heat.
Combine all ingredients except fat in large mixing bowl.
Beat vigorously with rotary beater for 2 minutes.
Put 1 tablespoon fat and drippings from roast meat into each heated custard cup.
Pour batter into hot fat in custard cups.
Return cups to oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Roast and pudding can be baked at the same time.
Serve at once.
