English Muffin With Date Nut Topping

Ingredients
  Part skim ricotta cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whipped cream 2 Tablespoon
  Shelled walnuts 1⁄2 Ounce, toasted and chopped
  Pitted dates 2 , chopped
  Cinnamon raisin english muffin 2 Ounce, split in half and toasted (1 Piece)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Dash
Directions

1. In small mixing bowl combine cheeses, mixing well; stir in nuts and dates.
2. Onto each muffin half spread half of the cheese mixture; sprinkle each with cinnamon.
3. Arrange muffin halves on oven tray of toaster-oven and broil or top brown until cheese is heated through, 1 to 2 minutes.
