English Muffin With Date Nut Topping
|Part skim ricotta cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Shelled walnuts||1⁄2 Ounce, toasted and chopped|
|Pitted dates||2 , chopped|
|Cinnamon raisin english muffin||2 Ounce, split in half and toasted (1 Piece)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Dash|
1. In small mixing bowl combine cheeses, mixing well; stir in nuts and dates.
2. Onto each muffin half spread half of the cheese mixture; sprinkle each with cinnamon.
3. Arrange muffin halves on oven tray of toaster-oven and broil or top brown until cheese is heated through, 1 to 2 minutes.
