In a bowl beat flour, salt, eggs, milk together until very smooth, scraping bowl occasionally. Refrigerate for 2 hours atleast. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Pour oil in a square Pyrex pan. Heat it for 2 minutes & pour batter into the pan,bake for 20-30 minutes.Once done serve immediately.
