New England Boiled Dinner
|Corned beef||1 , steamed|
|Potatoes||6 Medium, peeled|
|Carrots||6 Medium, peeled and cut in pieces|
Microwave corned beef.
Remove beef from juice and wrap in foil to keep warm.
Add potatoes and carrots to broth.
Place cabbage on top of the other vegetables.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at HIGH 25 to 35 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
To serve, slice corned beef very thin and serve with vegetables.
