Classic English Muffin Bread

  All purpose flour 5 Cup (80 tbs) (unsifted)
  Active dry yeast 2 Packet
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Warm water 1 Tablespoon

In large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
In 4-cup measure, heat milk until warm, about 2 minutes.
Add milk to flour mixture.
Beat by hand or mixer until smooth.
Stir in remaining flour to make a stiff batter.
