Lemon English Muffins

Ingredients
  English muffins 4 , split
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Set oven control to broil.
Place muffins, cut sides up, on rack in broiler pan.
Broil 4 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix margarine, honey and lemon peel.
Spread over hot muffins.
