Ingredients
  English muffins 6 , split, toasted (Sandwich Size)
  Pizza sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), divided
  Sliced pepperoni/Chopped ham 4 Ounce
  Chopped bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Green / Yellow Colored)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 5 Ounce (1 1/4 Cups)
Directions

SPREAD each muffin half with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce.
Top muffins with pepperoni, bell pepper and cheese.
BROIL, 4 to 6 inches away from heat source, for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
