Baked Eggs In English Muffin And Bacon Nests

Ingredients
  English muffins 3 , split
  Eggs 6
  Bacon slices 12 (Cooked)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place 6 English muffin halves on a baking sheet.
Shape two slices of bacon around base of each muffin.
Fasten with toothpicks (if bacon slices are long enough to encircle the muffin, one slice is fine).
Crack egg onto base of each muffin.
Bake at 375° F for 15 minutes or until egg is set.
Sprinkle with parsley.
