Roast Gravy Yorkshire Pudding

This yorkshire pudding recipe is simple and easy to prepare. Made with flour and egg with milk for moisture and taste, the yorshire pudding can be flavored with roast drippings or butter. Baked in the oven to prepare, the yorkshire pudding is served, a delicous and puffy golden brown.
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Reserved drippings 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (from roast or unsalted butter)

Process milk, eggs and salt in food processor or blender 15 seconds.
Add flour; process 2 minutes.
Let batter stand in food processor at room temperature 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Pour drippings into 9-inch square baking pan.
Place in 450°F oven 5 minutes.
Process batter another 10 seconds; pour into hot drippings.
Do not stir.
Immediately return pan to oven.
Bake 20 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°F; bake 10 minutes or until pudding is golden brown and puffed.
Cut into squares.
