It can€™t possibly get quicker, easier, or more delicious than this. Today I€™ve got a vegan snack you can have ready in just two minutes, and which costs less than fifty cents. Take that, ramen noodles!
1 Medium, halved
Organic extra virgin olive oil
1. Cut the muffin in half and in a pan or in the toaster warm the English muffin.
2. Once done, spread the olive oil and sprinkle the nutritional yeast and salt.
3. Adjust the seasoning as per taste.
4. Serve the vegan muffin as a snack or during breakfast.
Very quick and easy to make, with less ingredients and endless flavors of your choice. This Muffins are free from any dairy products and with the addition of olive oil and yeast, it gets a Cheesy- flavour. A good try for Breakfast.
