English Muffin Rolls

Ingredients
  Scalded milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Yeast 1 Tablespoon, dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
  Warm water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Add margarine to hot milk, then add salt and sugar; cook to lukewarm.
Beat eggs; add yeast, then milk mixture and flour.
Let rise and beat down 3-4 times.
Spoon into well greased muffin tins, let rise until double and bake in 350° to 375° oven for 10-12 minutes.
Dough is sticky
