This new england chowder is a fish and vegetable chowder prepared with added herbs and spices. This new england chowder recipe is prepared with haddock fillets. Cooked in milk, the new england chowder is creamy and delicious with a luxuriant taste to it.
Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Medium, cubed
  Onions 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon (To Taste)
  Seasoning without salt To Taste
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Haddock fillets 1 Pound, cut in 3/4 inch cubes (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Mixed With Dry Milk)
  Nonfat dry milk 6 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped (Sprinkle)
  Paprika To Taste
  Butter buds 2 Teaspoon
  Sprinkles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken bouillon granules 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Cook the potatoes, onion, and seasoning in 2 cups boiling water for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
2. Add fish and cook 10 minutes more.
3. Stir in milk. Simmer 15 minutes longer. Do not boil.
4. Garnish with chopped parsley and sprinkle with paprika.
