Spinach Stuffing

Ingredients
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 Package)
  Bacon slices 6 , cooked crisp and crumbled
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), shredded (Use Medium Ones)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In teflon saucepan, combine milk and flour; heat until it starts to thicken.
Add drained cooked spinach; simmer 5 minutes.
Add crumbled bacon; season to taste with salt and pepper.
Fill steamed halves of 3 medium zucchini; top with cheese.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
If desired, crumbled bacon can be used as topping with cheese.
