Ingredients
  Ground beef/Lamb 3⁄4 Pound
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Wheat germ 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole egg 1 , beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Saute meat and onion until meat loses its red color.
Cool; add wheat germ, beaten egg, and seasoning; mix.
